The Noble Gourmet Restaurant celebrates its first two-star FNL Restaurant Award! The FNL Restaurant Awards are considered one of the most recognizable and acclaimed awards of Greek gastronomy. Yesterday’s award ceremony took place in the emblematic Peristyle of Zappeion under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Tourism. The multi-member committee of the FNL Best Restaurant Awards divided all the award-winning restaurants into categories based on their gastronomic proposal and style and evaluated them with FNL stars. It is a special pleasure but also an honor for our restaurant to receive 2 stars in the Greek High Gastronomy category among the 11 best restaurants throughout Greece in this category. Congratulations to the Executive Chef of Elysium Resort & Spa George Trοumouhis, to the chef of Noble Spyros Kougios, and of course to the entire kitchen and service teams.
