At Elysium, we rank the quality of food and the service in our Rhodes restaurants among our top priorities. We carefully choose our food suppliers, apply the highest of standards in food preparation and hygiene (ISO: 22000, HACCP) and of course, rigorously plan our dishes and put them on trial well before the opening of our hotel to be certain that the dining experience at the Elysium is nothing less than perfect.

Dining however is not the only aspect of a successful five-star hotel and having this in mind, we have worked hard to create a series of quality bars covering all needs depending on your mood and time of the day. Take a break from your sunbathing at the beach and revitalise yourself with a cold drink accompanied by calming lounge music at our magnificent beach bar or simply swim away from the huge lagoon-style pool and make a refreshing break in our fully equipped pool bar. For those who appreciate panoramic views away from the Mediterranean heat, our Lobby Bar will no doubt prove the ultimate hideaway.

Dress code: We would like to inform you that our hotel does not apply a strict dress code. However, smart resort attire is preferred during dinner. Kindly avoid beachwear, shorts, flip-flops and slippers. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone in the restaurants if deemed to be inappropriately dressed.
