Noble Gourmet restaurant, located on the top floor of the main building, offers a multisensory culinary experience focusing on Rhodian cuisine that no one should afford to miss. In 2022, 2023 and 2024, Noble managed to be awarded all three of the most prestigious Greek Awards: The Athinorama Toque d’Or, the Greek cuisine award, as well as the FNL award with two stars. Additionally, in 2024, Noble received the coveted FLAG Restaurant Award Greek Cuisine (Ksino Nero/Ξυνό Νερό Trophy) for the second time, further cementing its reputation as a leading figure in Greece’s culinary scene.

Noble’s head chef Spyros Kougios and executive chef George Troumouchis have created degustation menus starting from the very beginning when flavours were real and aromas genuine. The menus have been designed to preserve the authentic flavours and the uniqueness of Rhodian and Aegean products, with each dish narrating the story of a forgotten daily life in order to trigger emotions and awaken memories.

Dress code: We would like to inform you that our hotel does not apply a strict dress code. However, smart resort attire is preferred during dinner. Kindly avoid beachwear, shorts, flip-flops and slippers. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone in the restaurants if deemed to be inappropriately dressed.
