Noble gourmet à la carte restaurant, located on the top floor of the main building, offers a multisensory culinary experience focusing on Rhodian cuisine that no one should afford to miss. In 2020, for the third consecutive year, Noble has been awarded a Toque d’Or, being among Greece’s finest restaurants, and for the third consecutive year also gained a Greek Cuisine Award.
Noble’s head chef Stamatis Misomikes (IGCAT European Young Chef 2016) and executive chef George Troumouchis have created a menu starting from the very beginning when flavours were real and aromas genuine. A menu designed to preserve the authentic flavours and the uniqueness of Rhodian and Aegean products, with each dish narrating the story of a forgotten daily life in order to trigger emotions and awaken memories.

To reflect the resort nature of the hotel, in the Fresh Mediterranean Restaurant gentlemen may dine with smart casual short pants.
