Elysium Resort & Spa’s Noble Restaurant organizes the fourth Local Gourmet Festival: Between 25 – 28 July 2022, our visitors will have the opportunity to taste unique culinary creations by distinguished Greek chefs who excel in awarded restaurants in Greece and abroad.
This year, the festival aims to investigate the ways, methods, and techniques through which the invited chefs integrate and highlight Greek local products in their creations.
Every evening, festival participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique 6-course tasting menu, in the logic of a 4-hands dinner, with 3 Greek cuisine inspired courses prepared by the invited chef, and 3 Rhodian cuisine inspired courses prepared by the Noble team headed by George Troumouchis and Spyros Kougios.
On the top floor of Elysium Resort & Spa, Noble offers a multisensory culinary experience focusing on Rhodian cuisine. In 2022, Noble has been awarded, all three of the most prestigious culinary awards in Greece: The Athinorama Toque d’Or and Greek Cuisine Award, as well as the FNL Best Restaurant Award with 2 stars.
Noble’s head chef Spyros Kougios and executive chef George Troumouchis have created two tasting menus with 5 and 8 courses respectively, starting from the very beginning, when flavours were real and aromas genuine. Designed to preserve the authentic flavour and the uniqueness of Rhodian products, with each dish narrating the story of a forgotten daily life in order to trigger emotions and awaken memories.
