Noble gourmet restaurant, located at the top floor of the main building, offers an à la carte multisensory culinary experience that no one should afford to miss. You will be delighted with the unsurpassed panoramic view of the sea, the minimal decor and the soft piano melodies creating an enchanting dining environment. In addition, various themed nights are hosted once a week such as the Deep Blue Sea Night, the Lobster Evening or the Rhodian Night offering a very special approach in both the restaurant’s atmosphere and the gastronomy provided.

Our chef personally supervises the restaurant from the open plan kitchen ensuring culinary excellence at all times.
