The Serenity Spa at the Elysium Hotel began its official operation in mid-June 2009, offering a wide range of renowned ESPA Signature Rituals, massages, facial and body treatments, body wraps, and hydrotherapy, either as individual therapies, or in the form of integrated experience packages designed to eliminate stress and tension, promoting internal balance and harmony, as well as renewal and revitalization. The Heat Experiences, that include a hamam, a sauna, a caldarium with heated seats, ice fountain, flavored lifestyle showers offering tropical rain and ice rain. In addition guests who choose heat experiences are offered the possibility of using the outdoor Vitality Pool with 16 massage jets, as well as the use of the outdoor Jacuzzi. Guests may also enjoy Spa Vital treatments for exfoliation and wraps, dry flotation beds for a variety of therapies that offer the feeling of floating on the sea combined with relaxing sound effects. Moreover hydrotherapy baths are available for a number of therapies with beneficial ingredients such as salts, algae, etc. that offer massage to various parts of the body depending on guests’ needs. Moreover, there are body massage rooms and of course rooms for manicure and pedicure.

Serenity Spa also offers a Fitness Studio, fully equipped with the latest Cybex work out equipments, including a functional trainer that allows for effective workouts of the muscles of the torso allowing implementation of any exercise for each muscle group. The Fitness Studio offers to hotel guests a wide selection of group programs such as Pilates, Yogilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Relaxing Yoga, Power Yoga, cardio workouts and cardio dance, aqua training, etc.
