Elysium Awards
Within just 4 years of operation, Elysium has managed to build an excellent reputation amongst Rhodes’ finest five star properties with its’ outstanding performance being reflected by an ever increasing number of awards and distinctions received.
In 2011&2012, Elysium has received the Green Key award (www.green-key.org) issued by the FEE (Foundation of Environmental Education) for the hotel’s efforts in promoting sustainable tourism and climate change prevention. This programme has begun in Denmark in 1994 and quickly spread to over 28 countries worldwide.Additionally in 2012 Elysium Resort & Spa received the "Blue Flag" award issued by the EEPF (Hellenic Foundation of Natural Protection).
Later on the year Zoover an international review website with millions of unbiased travelers has awarded Elysium as the Best 5* hotel in Rodos based on the excellent scores received.
Also in 2012, the hotel receives by Tripadvisor, the biggest independent review website worldwide, the highly esteemed Travelers' Choice Award and gets included in the Top 25 luxury hotels in Greece. This award is only offered to a very select and distinguished group of hotels and consists of the highest honor a hotel can receive from the TripAdvisor community.
During 2012 TUI Nordic, one of the biggest Scandinavian tour operators, has also awarded Elysium Resort & Spa with the silver “Blue Award” for its excellent performance generating the most satisfied customers in the category “hotel general impression” and lists the hotel on TUI Nordic's Blue Hotels list of its preferred properties worldwide. This Excellent Performance Award recognizes hotels who have delivered exceptional and exemplary service. The award also honors committed service personnel who express a high level of professionalism in guest relations.
Last but not least, Elysium receives Tripadvisor’s certificate of Excellence for 2012 where hotel overall standards must exceed a score of 4.5 out of 5 while Zoover includes the hotel in the highly recommended properties for 2012.
